Our building restoration team is experienced in a wide range of urban projects and has a proven track record of fast delivery and quality projects with little or no disruption to tenants, neighbors or operations.

We have worked on numerous restorations of prestigious heritage buildings with leading heritage and restoration experts and have extensive experience in transforming these properties. Our team's careful planning and thoughtful, innovative and sensitive approach allows us to complete complex, high-profile projects while working under the watchful eye of the public.

RETROFIT

Our team takes a holistic approach to determining how to use a building's existing structure, systems and envelope to reduce operating costs, improve tenant comfort and enhance sustainability. We work with facilities management and/or building operations teams to recognize a building's unique qualities, then partner with expert electrical designers and specialty contractors to modify systems where possible and replace them only when necessary.

RESPURPOSE

Our team works with you to assemble an experienced team of design professionals, engineers, consultants and tenant advisors familiar with the demands of urban revitalization projects to provide you with turnkey solutions that manage technical complexities and risks.

Marcxell Construction applies its knowledge of construction services and current market conditions to make suggestions, evaluate alternatives, review constructability, provide early price estimates, and offer guidance to project teams.
